The Design stage and sign off the plans would be 3 weeks, DA application would be approximately 8 weeks and the build time would be 8 weeks.
Our designs are approximately 60m2, these can be increased to suit your needs.
Our Granny Flats are a Class 1 building (Habitable Residence), built to the highest standard our Designs start from $98,000 inc GST. Once your design has been quoted and accepted this will be your fixed price, we guarantee this is the price you will pay on completion.
Yes we build to the Australian Standard AS 4299-1995 (Adaptable Housing).
No, we have 12 Concept Designs on our website and any of these designs can be changed to suit your needs.
